The trade name Kronodoc Oy has changed to BlueCielo ECM Solutions Oy starting 15.9.2010. The company identification code remains the same and the trade name change does not affect existing contracts and commitments towards customers and employees. The Kronodoc trademark will remain in the name of the software product family of the company.

The trade name change is related to the change in ownership structure that was finalized on 31.3.2010 and that made Kronodoc Oy part of the BlueCielo ECM Solutions Group.
