MultiKronodoc deployment

1. Free Trial

• Order free trial for one month if you want to look at MultiKronodoc service.
• If you decide after one month that MultiKronodoc is suitable for your corporate or project needs, order MultiKronodoc for production use and deployment from trial use to production by email from saas(at)kronodoc.com.

2. Deployment

• After you have ordered MultiKronodoc for production use, you will recieve the confirmation by email.
• Your trial work space will be moved from trial environment to production environment. All changes, folder and files will be transferred to your production work space.
• In production work space customer has right to add/remove/edit user accounts and user information. Admin user can also add/remove/edit folders structure, document types,  meta data and access profiles.
• Setup project includes one day training for one person in BlueCielo Kronodoc public training either in Finland (Helsinki or Turku). For international customers training can be also online training.
• With additional cost BlueCielo ECM Solutions Oy can also customize deployment project and training for the customer.
