MultiKronodoc technical content

MultiKronodoc service is an extremely secure solution. All data transmission is SSL protected and the datacenter meets the requirements set out for priority class 1 and 2 facilities by the Finnish Communications Regulatory Authority FICORA (54B/2008 M: Regulation on the quality and universal service of communication networks and services). The datacenter is secured by means of rigid access control and it is guarded 24/7. The datacenter services required by BlueCielo Kronodoc Hosted are provided by Cygate Ltd (www.cygate.fi or www.crescom.fi) in partnership with BlueCielo ECM Solutions Oy.

MultiKronodoc technical content

  1. Dedicated MultiKronodoc work spce with a shared BlueCielo Kronodoc installation.
  2. Access rights for an agreed number of appointed Kronodoc users (minimum is 10 users).
  3. The users can be assigned with read-only or read/write rights in their own work spaces.
  4. Shared Oracle database.
  5. 10 Gb disc space per work space.
  6. Kronodoc Express service continues development and update service. 
  7. System management and maintenance for technical environement: 
    • Support and maintenance service, including the installation of critical upgrade packages and version updates
    • Troubleshooting and problem resolution
    • Regular backup copying; a changes backup once a day and a full backup once a month. If any data (such as files or documents) have accidentally been removed by the customer and need to restored, the work will be carried out at a separately quoted hourly rate.
    • Regular service and updates on all of the production environment components.
    • Datacenter equipment service.
    • Continuous monitoring of the production environment for any problems and production failures.
    • Upgrades to the latest BlueCielo Kronodoc version.
    • Access control and control of unauthorized traffic as well as necessary protection measures regarding the technical production environment.
    • Access control regarding the technical production facilities.
    • Production environment capacity growth scenarios, monitoring and capacity increase as required by the increased production load.  
    • Data communication connections of the production environment.

 Technical requirements

  • Internet access; minimum 512 Kbit.
  • Browser: Internet Explorer 8 or 9, Firefox 3.6 or later. 
  • Java support activated in the browser.
  • Java installed on the end-user’s workstation (supported version: 1.6 or later).
  • JavaScript support activated in the browser.
  • Desktop tools like MS Office, AutoCad, MS Outlook

Service time and availability

  • Use and control 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.

  • Additionals fee: helpdesk in Finnish or English.
  • Maintenance and service in the service environment: BlueCielo ECM Solutions Oy reserves the right to carry out maintenance and service on the system outside the normal operating hours (on weekdays from 07:00 to 17:00). The customer will, however, be always informed about such activities.
